This form is for bereaved parents who would like their child’s name to be announced on the Grieving Parents Sharing Hope Podcast the week of their birthday.
The podcast is recorded several days in advance. If you are adding your child the week of his or her birthday, it might not be announced the same week. We will do our best to add him or her to the next week’s podcast instead of making you wait an entire year.
Please note that once your child’s birthday has been announced, he or she will be taken off the list and will need to be readded. You will receive a reminder email the week your child’s birthday is shared, along with a link to this page to fill out and submit again if you would like your child to remain on the birthday segment. (This keeps us from having an endlessly growing list which includes the children of pareavors who no longer listen to the podcast.)
